Special Guests that were in
attendance were: Lt.Govenor & Mrs. Loren Leman, Mrs. Elsa Serganto of the Anchorage Bridge Builders, Representatives from the Anchorage Police & Task Force, Mr. Oscar Guardareas of the State of Alaska Department of Labor and much, much more.... The Rev. Dennis Holoway opened the event with the Invocation.
